Explanation
Metabolic waste refers to the byproducts of all metabolic processes, and consists of anything that our bodies cannot use, is toxic, or just wants elimination. If any of the organs of elimination (liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines, and skin) are compromised in any way, or are working less efficiently than they should, metabolic waste can build up in the body.
- Some examples of metabolic waste are: carbon dioxide, phosphates, sulfates, nitrogen compounds, and water.
Decoding
Ask: Is it necessary to know any details about this metabolic waste?
- If no, move to Association.
- If yes, muscle test to see which of the following details need to be identified. (Continue to Association only once you have identified the necessary details.) Note: there is no need to identify which specific type of metabolic waste is present.
- Which form: energetic or physical
- Age of exposure
Association
Ask: Is there an associated imbalance that we need to decode?
- If no, move to Intention.
- If yes, return to the home page, decode and address any associated imbalance(s), then return here and repeat the above question.
Intention
Swipe three times with a magnet or your hand on any length of the governing meridian, while holding an intention to release the energy of this toxin from the body, while at the same time directing the body to remove the toxin through its normal elimination channels.
- Note that physical support may be necessary to complete the detoxification process. It is recommended to see a health care provider for more information about detoxifying this substance from the body.
- To support your body further, you may consider increasing your water intake, and working to support organ balance as well as natural detoxification. See Nutrition and Lifestyle > Outside Needs > Physical Needs > Detoxification for more information.
- Always consult your health care provider before beginning any detoxification process.
