Explanation 

The human spirit needs nourishment just like the physical body. This can be done in many ways: connecting with the divine, with your own divinity, with the energy of nature, and with others. Anything you do that helps you in these ways can be nourishing to your spirit. 

  • In general, it is important to keep your intention pure in any endeavor to nourish your spirit. This can be accomplished by focusing on feeling appreciation for the moment, being present, expressing and focusing on love and gratitude, and doing service for others without expectation of public reward or acknowledgement.
  • Some ideas for spiritual nutrition include:
    • Acts of service or charity
    • Reading, watching or listening to uplifting materials
    • Spending time appreciating nature and/or animals
    • Spending quality time with loved ones
    • Anything else that helps you feel nourished

Intention 

Try any or all of the activities that tested good for you, and see what feels right and nourishing.

  • The subconscious is indicating a need in order to achieve better balance in your spirit. It is always important to give this subconscious wisdom and communication the importance it deserves, as doing so may facilitate a more complete and efficient recovery process.
