Explanation
Food is any nutritious substance that people eat or drink in order to maintain life and growth.
- Sometimes a specific food is needed becauses of the individual components of the food or because the food is greater than the summation of its components.
- All food has a specific vibration.
- Use this chart to decode what food the body wants to incorporate, one at time.
- Most often, when the body wants a certain food, it is in order to provide better nutritional balance.
Decoding
Step 1:
Ask: Is the food in Column A, C, or E?
- If yes, it is in Column A, C, or E.
- If no, it is in Column B or D.
- Move to Step 2 when you have your answer.
Step 2:
For A, C, or E, ask: Is it in Column A?
- If yes, move to Step 3.
- If no, ask: Is it in Column C?
- If yes, move to Step 3.
- If no, it is in column E. Move to Step 3.
For B or D, ask: Is it in Column B?
- If yes, move to Step 3.
- If no, it is in column D. Move to Step 3.
Step 3:
Ask: Is it in an Odd Row?
- If yes, it is in an Odd Row (1, 3, 5, or 7).
- If no, it is in an Even Row (2, 4, or 6).
- Move to Step 4 when you have your answer.
Step 4:
For Odd, ask: Is it in Row 1? (Name odd rows one by one).
For Even, ask: Is it in Row 2? (Name even rows one by one).
- Move to Step 5 when you have your answer.
Step 5:
Ask: Is it ______?
- Name each food in that box, one by one. A strong answer indicates a yes answer.
- Move to Association.
- If it is not possible to obtain this food locally, repeat the Decoding process to identify the next best food for the body.
Association
Ask: Is there an associated imbalance that can be decoded?
- If no, move to Intention.
- If yes, return to the home page, decode and address any associated imbalance(s), then return here and repeat the above question.
Intention
Add the food to your diet, using common sense and moderation.
- Consult your healthcare provider or a nutritionist with any concerns or questions.
- As with any change in nutrition, always use common sense and moderation.
- The subconscious is indicating that something from the above is needed in order to achieve better balance. It is always important to give this subconscious wisdom and communication the importance it deserves, as doing so may facilitate a more complete and efficient recovery process.
