Explanation

Proper hydration is required for the body to function optimally. This requires a balance of water as well as minerals (electrolytes).

  • An imbalance of hydration is known as “dehydration,” and can occur when we have one or more of the following issues:
    • Water deficiency, or a lack of water intake
    • Water quality problem, or intake of water that is poor quality
    • Water absorption problem, or improper absorption of water
    • Water utilization problem, or improper utilization of water
    • Electrolyte deficiency, or a lack of mineral (electrolyte) intake
    • Electrolyte absorption or utilization problem
  • It is not uncommon to have a problem with hydration stemming from several of the above issues.
  • Common symptoms of dehydration include:
    • Infrequent or dark urine
    • Dry skin
    • Headaches
    • Dizzy
    • Rapid breathing or heart rate
    • Sunken eyes
    • Lack of energy

This indicates that there is an intake of water that is poor quality.

  • Tap water or inadequately filtered/treated water can contain the vibrational information of many impurities, and as a result it may be rejected by the body.

Decoding

You have already identified that dehydration has occurred due to poor quality water intake. Continue to Association.

Association

Ask: Is there an associated imbalance that needs to be decoded and released?

  • If no, continue to Intention.
  • If yes, return to the home page, decode and release any associated imbalance(s), then return here, and ask the above question again.

Intention

Make an effort to find a higher quality source of water with a good balance of electrolytes and minerals. For example, spring water is generally considered higher quality than tap water.

  • The subconscious is indicating that something from the above is needed in order to achieve better balance. It is always important to give this subconscious wisdom and communication the importance it deserves, as doing so may facilitate a more complete and efficient recovery process.
