Explanation
All the colors in the spectrum have their own vibrational frequency, and all can be beneficial to you in different ways.
- We can become deficient in a certain color, usually if we have been avoiding that color (this is usually due to a negative association with it).
- Deficiency can also occur if you are not exposed to enough of that color in general (e.g. lack of green in winter), or if you have an associated imbalance that is blocking you from absorbing that color’s vibrational frequency.
- Below is a list of basic colors, with some variations of each listed in parentheses to help you narrow it down even more, if desired.
- Pink (ballet pink, fuschia)
- Red (salmon, maroon)
- Orange (peach, brown)
- Yellow (cream, goldenrod)
- Green (lime, mint, forest, emerald, olive)
- Blue (baby blue, cyan, electric blue, turquoise, royal, navy)
- Indigo (cornflower, midnight)
- Violet (lavender, purple, plum)
- White
- Black (grey)
Decoding
Ask: Do you have a deficiency in _______? (Fill in the blank using list above)
- Once you’ve identified the color, find out why the deficiency exists.
- Ask: Do you have this color deficiency simply due to a lack of exposure?
- If yes, move to Intention.
- If no, this indicates an associated imbalance. Continue to Association.
- Ask: Do you have this color deficiency simply due to a lack of exposure?
Association
Return to the home page and ask: What associated imbalance needs to be decoded and released in order for you to be okay with this color?
- Decode and release any associated imbalance(s), then return here and go to Intention.
Intention
Expose yourself to more of that color in any way you desire. This can be through wearing clothing of that color family, looking at pictures of that color, visiting buildings containing that color, finding that color in nature, etc.
- The subconscious is indicating that something from the above is needed in order to achieve better balance. It is always important to give this subconscious wisdom and communication the importance it deserves, as doing so may facilitate a more complete and efficient recovery process.
