Explanation
Spinal discs are “shock absorbers” between the vertebrae that help to transmit weight down the spinal column, supporting the spine and allowing us to move, twist and bend our bodies. Without discs, no movement would occur in the spine. Sometimes, spinal discs can become severely damaged and require surgery. In our experience, it’s far more common that spinal discs will become misaligned or energetically imbalanced.
Common symptoms of cervical disc imbalance may include:
- Discomfort, numbness or tingling in the upper limbs
- Discomfort in the neck
- Stiffness in the neck
- Weakness in the upper limbs
If you have been guided to this page by the subconscious mind through muscle testing, it indicates an imbalance is present.
Decoding
It may be necessary to determine the exact disc that is imbalanced.
- Ask: Is it necessary to identify more about this imbalance?
- If no, continue to Association.
- If yes, use the following list to determine the disc that is imbalanced (note that there is no disc between C1 and C2)
- C2 – C3 Disc
- C3 – C4 Disc
- C4 – C5 Disc
- C5 – C6 Disc
- C6 – C7 Disc
- C7 – T1 Disc
- If yes, use the following list to determine the disc that is imbalanced (note that there is no disc between C1 and C2)
Association
Ask: Is there an associated imbalance that needs to be decoded?
- If no, skip to Intention.
- If yes, return to the home page, decode and address any associated imbalance(s), then return here and repeat the above question.
Intention
Swipe three times with a magnet or your hand on any length of the governing meridian, while holding an intention to correct the imbalance.
- It’s important to note that some of the time, surgical intervention is the appropriate treatment for disc problems. Persistent numbness, tingling or weakness in the limbs is a sign that should be taken seriously and an appropriate medical professional should be consulted.
