Explanation 

The Bulbourethral gland lies at the bottom of the prostate gland, and produces a pre-ejaculate fluid called Cowper’s fluid that is secreted during sexual arousal which neutralizes the acidity of the urethra, preparing it for the passage of sperm cells.

Common symptoms of imbalance may include:

• Lowered fertility
