Explanation

Proper hydration is required for the body to function optimally. This requires a balance of water as well as minerals (electrolytes).

  • An imbalance of hydration is known as “dehydration,” and can occur when we have one or more of the following issues:
    • Water deficiency, or a lack of water intake
    • Water quality problem, or intake of water that is poor quality
    • Water absorption problem, or improper absorption of water
    • Water utilization problem, or improper utilization of water
    • Electrolyte deficiency, or a lack of mineral (electrolyte) intake
    • Electrolyte absorption or utilization problem
  • It is not uncommon to have a problem with hydration stemming from several of the above issues.
  • Common symptoms of dehydration include:
    • Infrequent or dark urine
    • Dry skin
    • Headaches
    • Dizzy
    • Rapid breathing or heart rate
    • Sunken eyes
    • Lack of energy

This indicates that there is a lack of mineral (electrolyte) intake.

Decoding

You have already identified that dehydration has occurred because of lack of mineral (electrolyte) intake. Continue to Association.

Association

Ask: Is there an associated imbalance that needs to be decoded and released?

  • If no, continue to Intention.
  • If yes, return to the home page, decode and release any associated imbalance(s), then return here, and ask the above question again.

Intention

Make an effort to obtain a high quality source of electrolytes that you can incorporate into your diet every day.

  • As with any change in diet, consult your nutritionist or health care professional with any questions or concerns.
  • The subconscious is indicating that something from the above is needed in order to achieve better balance. It is always important to give this subconscious wisdom and communication the importance it deserves, as doing so may facilitate a more complete and efficient recovery process.
