Explanation
Herbs come from the leaves of a plant that are used for flavoring, food, or medicine and can be found either fresh or dried, chopped or whole.
- Spices are made from aromatic seeds, bark, flowers, and roots of plants that have been dried and crushed. Spices tend to be stronger in flavor because they are made from crushed portions that are especially rich in essential oils.
- All Herbs and spices have their own unique vibration.
- The use of healing herbs can be dated back to 3000 B.C.
