Stress processing indicates that you may benefit from one or more of these activities. Doing any of these, especially with regularity, can help to process stressful feelings and experiences more effectively.

  • Some ideas for stress processing methods include:
    • Laughter
    • Counseling or therapy with a licensed professional
    • Meditation
    • Journaling
    • Focusing on forgiveness of yourself and others
    • Movement (see Movement under Nutrition and Lifestyle > Outside Needs > Physical Needs > Movement)

Decoding

Ask: Would you benefit from doing ______? (Fill in the blank using list above)

  • Ask friends for suggestions and do research online to help you decide how to proceed.

Association

Ask: Is there an associated imbalance that needs to be decoded?

  • If no, move to Intention.
  • If yes, return to the home page, decode and address any associated imbalance(s), then return here and repeat the above question.

Intention

Try any or all of the activities that tested good for you, and see what feels right and nourishing.

  • The subconscious is indicating that something from the above is needed in order to achieve better balance. It is always important to give this subconscious wisdom and communication the importance it deserves, as doing so may facilitate a more complete and efficient recovery process.
