Explanation

The stress hormones of the body include: Adrenalin, Cortisol and Noradrenaline.

These hormones are produced in response to stress. A single stressful situation may result in these hormones bathing the tissues for up to 24 hours, and they may be perceived as toxins if stress is ongoing, especially intense, and/or if the stress hormones are not appropriately dealt with through vigorous exercise, etc.

  • Toxins may be from any time or point in your life.
  • Toxins can exist in physical form, as well as in an invisible, energetic form. Energetic toxins are vibrational frequencies that were simply unable to be processed, likely because the energy body was imbalanced.

Decoding

Ask: Is it necessary to know any details about this excess of stress hormones?

  • If no, move to Association.
  • If yes, muscle test to see which of the following details need to be identified. (Continue to Association only once you have identified the necessary details.)
    • Which form: energetic or physical
    • Was this recent? If not, age of occurrance
    • Was this associated with a specific life event?
    • Where in the body is the excess located?

Association

Ask: Is there an associated imbalance that we need to decode?

  • If no, move to Intention.
  • If yes, return to the home page, decode and address any associated imbalance(s), then return here and repeat the above question.

Intention

Swipe three times with a magnet or your hand on any length of the governing meridian, while holding an intention to release the energy of this toxin from the body, while at the same time directing the body to remove the toxin through its normal elimination channels.

  • Note that physical support may be necessary to complete the detoxification process. It is recommended to see a health care provider for more information about detoxifying this substance from the body.
  • Note that physical exercise may be necessary to complete the detoxification process. See Nutrition and Lifestyle > Outside Needs > Physical Needs > Movement for more information. Also consider Nutrition and Lifestyle > Outside Needs > Mental & Emotional Fitness > Stress Processing to help lower stress levels. Always consult your health care provider before beginning any new exercise plan.
