Explanation

The small intestine absorbs nutrients from food, and is actually composed of three parts:

  • The duodenum, approximately 8 to 10 inches in length, which connects the end of the stomach to:
  •  The jejunum, approximately 7 to 8 feet long, which connects to:
  • The ilieum, approximately 9 feet long, which terminates in the ileocecal valve.
  • Common symptoms of imbalance may include:
    • Pain in the low back
    • Pain in the knees
    • Bloating and gas
    • Diarrhea
    • Nausea
    • Skin problems due to lack of nutrients
  • Hormones Produced: Cholecystokinin, secretin, big and little gastrin, glucose-dependent insulinotropic.
  • The small intestine generates the following emotions: Abandonment, betrayal, forlorn, lost, love unreceived, effort unreceived, heartache, insecurity, overjoy and vulnerability.
  • Muscle connections:  Abdominal muscles and quadriceps femoris muscles.
  • Diurnal cycle: The small intestine comes into prominence during the time of the small intestine Meridian, 1pm to 3pm.

If you have been guided to this page by the subconscious mind through testing, it indicates that the small intestine is imbalanced in some way.

Decoding

You’ve already identified the imbalanced organ. Continue to Association.

Association

Ask: Is there an associated imbalance that needs to be decoded?

  • If no, skip to Intention.
  • If yes, return to the home page, decode and address any associated imbalance(s), then return here and repeat the above question.

Intention

Swipe three times with a magnet or your hand on any length of the governing meridian, while holding the intention to reset the small intestine.
